Gleb Goloubetski is a modern impressionist painter with unique style of his oil paintings. Gleb Goloubetski was born in 1975 in Siberia in the family of well known architect. Since his childhood Gleb has shown great interest in art, and his native talent was supported and developed by his next of kin. Gleb moved to Saint Petersburg and studied in the Academy of the Arts in the studio of famous painter Valery Kulikov. First success Gleb met already in 1990, when he sold his first work of art. From that time his popularity has been increasing fast. In 1997, after serie of successful shows in Russia, Gleb was invited to exhibit his art in Dallas (TX) - it was his first overseas show. When Gleb’s talent was recognised by western critics, collectors and art lovers. During his life Gleb Goloubetski had tens of outstanding exhibitions worldwide - USA, UK, France, Qatar, Hong Kong and another countries. Now we represent him in Prague, the Czech Republic.
Gleb’s impressionistic oil paintings are inspired primarily by traveling around the world. When he found a view, he uses a lot of time to feel and catch am energy of natural light, bright colors and structure of objects, and only after such harmonic and emotional overfilling he transfers these soul vibrances to his paintings using palette knife. Gleb Goloubetski incloses so strong positive energy to his art, that you can try even to feel its warming of the sun rays, structure of an old wall, to hear ocean surf or Venetian gondolier’s song.
